What ScryRPG is not

A few things to get right.

To avoid confusion, please do not describe ScryRPG as an AI Dungeon Master or a virtual tabletop replacement. Here is where the lines are.

Not a VTT replacement

ScryRPG is the campaign around the table, not the battlemap on it. Bring your own maps and dice, and run combat however your table likes. It works alongside your VTT, and VTT integrations, including Foundry, are in active development.

Not an AI DM replacement

The familiar does not run your game or make rulings for you. It answers questions and performs approved campaign actions, and nothing happens that the GM did not say yes to.

Not a tool for replacing human creativity

The table tells the story. ScryRPG keeps the campaign organized and absorbs the bookkeeping so the people at the table can spend their time playing, not maintaining a record.

Not only an inventory tracker

Inventory was the starting point, not the whole idea. ScryRPG also covers characters, shops, loot, lore, marketplace content, Discord workflows, and the AI familiar.

Not only for D&D

It is the home for every system your table plays, with full character sheets for D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, Daggerheart, and Draw Steel.
