Tipsy Tumbler Gourd

The Tipsy Tumbler Gourd is a ruddy, old enchanted drinking gourd made of polished mahogany with intricate gold inlays, but worn and cracked with use and age. This magical item can hold up to 1 gallon of liquid. When a character attuned to it drinks from the gourd, they gain the effects of a 'Heroism' spell for 1 hour, granting advantage on Wisdom saving throws and temporary hit points equal to their proficiency bonus. Additionally, once per day, the gourd can magically refill itself with a fine ale or wine of the drinker's choice. However, if the gourd is used for more than 3 drinks in a day, the drinker must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become intoxicated, gaining disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until they finish a long rest. Attunement by a level 5 drunken master monk allows the user to ignore the intoxication drawback.
