Wrist-Herald

A half circle of an orb sits as the face of a stylish wristband. While focusing on orb, you can use an action to determine whether it is morning, afternoon, evening, or nighttime outside. In addition, you can attempt to determine what the weather conditions for the next hour could be with a DC 15 Insight check. The orb always points a small indicator to the north (If on the Material Plane).
